Had an awesome time with friends! The area is perfect. it's a 30-minute walk to Fisherman's Wharf and just 20 minutes to Ghirardelli Square. Rooms are spacious and comfy. Plus, free parking is a huge bonus. Just remember, it can get pretty loud at night with all the bar action nearby!
One bummer was the staff's attitude when I asked to print something. The manager was a bit dismissive, which was surprising since I've usually found such requests easy to fulfill in other places.

Charming, Charming, Charming
I loved the spacious Standard Double Room with its cozy bed, perfect for recharging after a day of exploration! The secure underground parking was such a relief, especially in a busy city. It gave me peace of mind. Plus, being a short walk from sights like Fisherman's Wharf made every outing a breeze!

Notably convenient, the location provided easy access to major attractions, making exploration a breeze. The gated parking was a fantastic addition, ensuring peace of mind when leaving the car behind. However, noise from outside was bothersome at times, especially from the street, and I found the breakfast options somewhat limited since it required a short walk to claim a discount. The room was clean and modern, yet a higher floor could have mitigated some of the disturbances.

Recommended for a group getaway
We needed connecting rooms for our group and they made it happen! Free parking was a huge relief, especially when they took our keys to park the car for us.
Sure, it wasn't cheap, but I'd say it was still reasonable.

Had a big room, which is pretty cool for San Francisco. Comfortable beds, clean, and loved having free parking. It’s nice being close to restaurants and shops. But yeah, noise from the bar next door was a bummer, especially on the weekends. If you’re a light sleeper, definitely grab those noise-canceling headphones!
